Please enjoy complimentary beverages such as red or white wine, locally made sparkling cider, coffee and teas, and yummy snacks like candy, popcorn and nuts. We also provide brochures of Big Bears attractions, upcoming events, shopping destinations and sports and recreation activities. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we provide a complimentary turkey or ham. All you need are the fixin's and the meal is on!

As the owner and general manager of Big Bear Escapes, it is my pleasure to provide each and every guest and homeowner with the utmost in customer service and satisfaction. Your concerns and needs are my concerns and needs. Big Bear is my home and I want to share my love for this area with all my guests. As the owner of BBE, I am involved in all aspects of my properties, from responding to late night phone calls to inspecting each home before and after bookings and, best of all, having the fun of preparing the gift baskets. Gift basket included in all bookings and most of our homes are pet-friendly, complete with a basket for our furrier family members, as well as hot tubs for chilling out under the stars, board games and/or a pool table as well as Wi-fi for those of you who want or need to keep in touch with the outside world.
