Our mission at Big Bear Escapes is to give you beautiful homes with luxury and comfort so that you will return, season after season. We have very high standards for each and every home. With each booking we provide you with a welcome basket filled with a bottle of red wine, white wine, or sparkling cider, coffee, candy, popcorn, hot chocolate,tea,nuts and brochures of area shopping and events . During the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays we will provide the turkey for you to enjoy with your guests and families..........just another way for us to say thank you for being our special guest..........
As the owner of this company I can tell you that I am dedicated to provide excellent customer service, not only to the guest but the homeowners. I started Big Bear Escapes because having worked with previous management companies, I realized that personalize service and attention was greatly lacking. I wanted to offer guests more that just directions and the key to their rental home. I work very hard for my for my guests and find the work rewarding and beneficaion. As the owner I am involved in each and every aspect of the homes from late night calls or directions, to personally inspecting the homes. Each of our homes is inspected for cleanliness and spa care before and after each quests. Some of the homes have a pool table and most have a spa as well as Wi-Fi. Most of our homes are pet friendly, and we provide a basket as well for our pet quests, filled with treats and toys, as they to are part of your family....each and every guest at Big Bear Escapes will be a special guest and we are available to them 24/7 365 days a year ,I want to personally thank you for stopping by Big Bear Escapes and welcome you to southern California's most beautiful mountain resort !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
