In the summer, if you want to rent a boat for sightseeing or fishing or grab a jet ski, the Big Bear Marina is also just minutes from the front door of this great home.

In the winter, you are just a ten minute drive to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. Inside this restive place, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, wide screen TV, DVD, stereo (iPod ready) and XBox. This home has wireless Internet and cable TV. Downstairs, you will find a game room with bar, pool table and cable TV. The Master Bedroom has its own private bath, deck and TV. There is a guest room with a Queen bed and the kids’ bunkroom sleeps up to six. Enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi as the powerful jets wash away the stress of city life you left behind as you relish in the views of the lake and stars.
