Hello and thanks for visiting Bigbearescapes.com, quickly becoming Big Bear’s premier rental agency. We have very high standards for the homes that we represent and work hard to market and advertise all properties so that they are booked as much as possible. Not only do I ask for comparable rates to other local agencies, but I am a very “hands on” business manager. I personally inspect each home before guests arrive and after they check out to make sure each home is always left in immaculate condition. I treat all my properties as if they were my own and am happy to offer a complimentary welcome basket to all guests that include a bottle of red or white wine, yummy snacks like nuts and popcorn, non-alcoholic beverages like sparkling cider and even candy for the kids.
As a passionate dog owner, furry guests staying in pet friendly properties get a welcome basket too complete with a toss toy, chewy toys and even homemade dog cookies made expressly for us by a local baker.
During peak holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). I provide a complimentary turkey or ham for guests. Other services I offer are having a handyman on call, being available for guest needs 24/7, spa turn on and off, and exterior lights turned on or off. New to the Big Bear vacation rental scene are BigBearEscapes exclusive catered dinners prepared by a classically trained French chef. For a nominal per-person fee, guests are treated to gourmet dining in the comfort of their weekend home away from home.
