  1. My family and I stayed in The Sandbox and really loved the house. It was far more spacious that I thought it would be based on the pictures. The fireplace was awesome, as was the fenced in yard for my dog. We enjoyed the barbecue and the comfy master bedroom with its own heater. There was a cool bar and grill just down the street with good wings and beer. And Big Bear village was just a short drive away. There were a few hiccups, but problems were quickly attended to, I have to say the fast responsiveness of the hosts was wonderful. Overall, this home was an excellent value for the area!

  2. A Beautiful Stay!

My family LOVES this cabin! We had a beautiful time on our stay. It’s in a very lovely and peaceful area, but only a short drive away from Pine Knot Ave and other fun activities! The cabin itself is beautiful and very spacious. There are multiple places to relax outside the cabin as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

  3. Love this Cabin!

This cabin is amazing! We just had the best time celebrating my mother’s birthday. There were 8 of us and we all fit comfortably with everyone having their own space. The kids loved the loft. The beds and linens were so soft and cozy. The cabin livingroom is wide and open to the kitchen that had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our afternoons on decks, they have two.
The location was perfect for us. We were out of the busy area of Big Bear. It was very peaceful and relaxing. One direction at the end of the street is a nice hiking trail and the other direction there is a small grocery store and pub/restaurant.
I will definitely be back. Planning a ski trip this winter!
